I love engagement sessions... they are one of my favorite shoots to do... 2 days ago I got together with Eva and Craigto shoot some pics downtown. They were such troopers because it was very cold and grey that day. We were able to get some really awesome images anyway. Here are a few of my favorites:
Can't wait to shoot your wedding in May!!I have been eyeing this house for months now and finally got around to exploring it. One of my favorite things to shoot is abandoned houses and this one was great even though we couldn't go inside because the floor was caved in. 
Had to stop and watch the deer. There were at least 100 deer in different fields along this one road. It was amazing to just watch them keep coming out of the woods one at a time.
My adorable little cousin Kaia is a girl after my own heart. While I was visiting family she grabbed my point and shoot and took photos all over the place. Amazingly some of them were quite good and artistically composed. We might have another photographer in the family pretty soon. It didn't take her long to figure out she could be her own subject and I now have lots and lots of photos of her goofy faces and abstract images of her feet. What a doll! Just thought I would share one here..jpg)
I've been hibernating for way too long now and i'm starting to itch for springtime. It turned out to be a beautiful day here today so I decided to take advantage of it. Since I haven't been out shooting "just for fun" in awhile I invited my friend Kiki out on a photo adventure to scope out new areas and breathe some fresh air. First we stopped at a house in Ashland that looked interesting. 
Then we moved on to a familiar abandoned house. We tried to no avail to get inside. With boarded up windows my imagination goes crazy on what might be inside.
I have no idea what this stuff is but it was growing all over 1 side of the house.
Our final stop was the The Holy Family Shrine, a beautiful church with all glass walls.. Although we just missed closing we still were able to enjoy the view from outside. We will come back another day to explore.
I've been photographing Max since he was born and since he lives nextdoor to the family from my last post I figured I'd get some pix of him playing in the snow. Max is by far the coolest little kid I have ever met.
You will definetely be seeing lots of Max throughout the year. 
I got to do Libby's photos when she was the same age as the twins. It was so fun to be able to go back and meet the babies and see how big Libby is getting . It's amazing how much Anna looks exactly like Libby did at that age. It's unreal! In fact, Anna is wearing the same exact dress that Libby wore in her photos.
