My trip to Ann Arbor

Back in June I head to Ann Arbor MI to visit my great friend and talented photographer Nicole. We had a fabulous visit full of concerts, dinners, karaoke, crab walk contests and TONS of photo shoots.

1 of the main reasons I was there was to assist Nicole with Stella and Jules wedding. I don't know that I've been to a wedding more full of love then Stella and Jules. I was truly an honor to be a part of it. Stella was walked down the aisle by her first love. Her son Jeffrey

Jeffrey was full of emotions after the ceremony. It was so beautiful to see him interact with Stella.

The day after the wedding I tagged along with Nicole's portrait shoot for an adorable little family.

this little random doggy works at the karaoke place we went to my first night in town.
Nicole also had 2 awesome portfolio shoots set up for the weekend as well so we can test our creativity. I had a blast with these 2 little girls.

Tea party in an alley.. what could be better??
A little behind the scenes look at everyone involved.

I love shooting in grungy places.

Can't wait for my next trip back to Ann Arbor.

Annapolis Woman Photographers ~ Shoot Out

I am part of a wonderful group of the sweetest and most talented women photographers in the Annapolis area and a few weeks ago we all ventured out to downtown Annapolis to get a group shot of all of us together. We made it a shoot out free for all so we could all get practice on the other side of the camera for once and get some beautiful images of each other. It was a blast and I can't wait to do it again.

Here are my favorites of all the ladies.
Below are a few images that were taken of yours truly.

Wendy had some HOT red shoes so of course I had to play em up.

Our crew... although a few people were still missing at this point.

chimping!
there was a LOT of this going on

there is something about this next image that I really like. I like all the camera equipment creeping in the side too.
Once we were all there we got some random guy on the street to take our group photo. He did pretty good considering he was all over the place.

Can't wait to do this again!
